Refund Policy

Rhymes Studios LLC does not offer full refunds for any service, booking, or product. Some services or products may already have a tailored refund policy listed on their specific page, and in those cases, that policy will override this general one. For all standard bookings, cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice allow clients to rebook one time without penalty, or they may request a half refund if they have communicated with us directly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Completed services, digital products, and custom work are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance. If a product or service is damaged or compromised due to an error on our part, we will offer a replacement or appropriate correction. We aim to handle all concerns with fairness and professionalism.
